Residents of Sverdlovsk can now seek assistance in three new domains on the "Social Cluster" online platform.

The "Social Cluster" portal, a single online service for residents of Yekaterinburg to access information about benefits, payments, and social services, has announced the addition of three new support channels. These new channels aim to provide assistance to families with children, particularly in enrolling a child in kindergarten, school, and supporting large families.

The new support channels include a digital psychologist, an interactive map of local resorts, and a chatbot for consultations. The digital psychologist offers professional advice and support for parents dealing with various child-related issues. The interactive map of local resorts provides families with easily accessible information about holiday destinations within the region. The chatbot, meanwhile, offers consultations on a variety of topics related to family life.

The Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, in collaboration with presidential grants, is supporting this project. This project is part of the "Social Cluster - Digital Navigator for People in Special Life Circumstances" project, which is being implemented as part of the "Data Economy" national project. The "Data Economy" project aims to develop digital infrastructure and services, create convenient tools for citizens and businesses, improve the quality of government services, and create new opportunities for economic development through the effective use of data.

The development of these new assistance routes on the "Social Cluster" portal is not the end, as three more assistance routes will be added to the portal soon. The project team invites residents of the Sverdlovsk Region to participate in an online survey to understand the demand for the new routes and improve the portal.

Currently, 19 different assistance routes are available on the "Social Cluster" portal for various life situations. These include online algorithms to help with retirement, job loss, bereavement, return from special military operations, adopting a child, and dealing with bullying. Each assistance route on the portal contains a step-by-step roadmap, expert advice, document templates, guides, and checklists to make the process as smooth as possible.

In 2025, more than 2,500 Yekaterinburg residents received assistance thanks to a social contract, as previously reported by "Regional Newspaper". The "Social Cluster" portal is committed to continuing this trend and enriching its services with three new assistance algorithms for families with children by the start of the new school year.
